The apartment was equipped with essential facilities such as air conditioning and cookware, making it suitable for active travelers needing autonomy. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing highlight, perfect after a day of adventure. The value proposition was marred by several concerns. While the room featured a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, cleanliness fell short, with curtains and blankets requiring immediate attention. I was also disappointed by the lack of service in changing linens despite multiple requests. Access posed challenges; the fingerprint entry system often malfunctioned, which detracted from the experience. It proved difficult to store luggage before check-in, raising concerns about customer care. Although the hotel provides a decent base, prospective guests might weigh these issues against its financial merits, especially given the hospitality environment in Brazil.
